Thank you for shopping with Glosson. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, please review the following guidelines.

  1. Returns Eligibility

1.1 Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the item. We will provide further instructions on returning the product and arrange for a replacement or refund.

1.2 Incorrect Products: If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. We will assist you in returning the product and arranging for the correct item to be sent to you or provide a refund.

1.3 Change of Mind: If you change your mind about a product and wish to return it, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

2.1 Authorization: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@glosson.co.uk. We will provide you with a return authorization and any specific instructions for returning the product.

2.2 Packaging: Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging whenever possible.

2.3 Return Shipping: For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange for collection. For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

2.4 Refund or Replacement: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund or arrange for a replacement as agreed upon. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
